In the wellness world, one of the main things people say is “listen to your body”
I never really understood what this meant and how exactly I should listen to it. If my body says have a nutella donut and don’t work out ever again because I’m lazy, should I go with it? 🤷
It was only after almost 3 years of trying out almost every kind of diet out there that I learned how to listen to my body and give it exactly what it wants. Or doesn’t want. I also realize now that everyone is SO different and you need to do what works for YOU.
